As founder and President of Neglia Design, Marian provides experienced leadership and insight into the execution of all work developed by her company. A designer by trade, her instincts, knowledge and dedication over the past 25 years has put Neglia Design on the map as one of Toronto’s enduring niche design agencies.
With over 20 years of design and communication experience, Eva’s expertise ranges from strategy, to creative direction of print and web design, to marketing strategy consultation — providing complete project management from beginning to end. Eva’s philosophy is to approach projects with a deep understanding of the business as well as creative goals of our clients.
Lynn joined Neglia Design many years ago and since then has kept the office ship shape. Lynn is responsible for all the administrative duties and brings over twenty years experience to her role. In addition, her friendly and helpful style has become the glue that keeps the office together.
Marie-Claude hails originally from Montreal. Fully bilingual, she had the enviable opportunity to work as a designer in England and in France before permanently relocating here. Always the consummate professional, Marie-Claude is also an accomplished illustrator and jewelry designer. Marie-Claude is a graduate of Canada’s premier art and design school, OCAD.
Natalia brings over 20 years experience to her role at Neglia Design. Never short of great ideas, Natalia is a keen and prolific designer and her talent and love of technology make her our resident digital design Goddess. She is a graduate of Conestoga College.
As our digital lead, Graeme guides our efforts in all things web and digital beyond. With experience in front and back-end development, Graeme’s skill-set is ever growing. A graduate of Algonquin College’s Interactive Multimedia program and Fanshawe’s Interactive Media Design and Production program, Graeme’s passion for the digital world never stops.
Wilson has over 20 years of experience in software development, database design and back-end architecture for diverse industries across the globe. He manages our system infrastructure, designs the back-end of special applications and oversees our network security and servers, keeping our clients’ data safe, secure and online 24/7. Wilson has an M.S in computer Science.
Willy is an innovator in web business development and provides key guidance for our large web product applications. He is experienced in incubating, developing and growing successful internet businesses and well rounded with over 22 years of marketing and communications experience. Willy has a B.Eng. in Mech. Eng. and M.Eng. in fluid mechanics from McGill.
